Orders are processed and shipped via a partner courier service, subject to payment confirmation.
Shipping, handling, and dispatch are carried out Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.
All shipments include the relevant tax documentation. For gift shipments, please inform us during the ordering process so that we can provide only the necessary shipping document.

Shipping Within Greece
Orders are dispatched via Speedex courier service.
- Orders over 100,00€ qualify for free shipping.
- For orders below 100,00€, a shipping fee of 5,00€ applies.
- Additional charges may apply for items exceeding 2 kg.
- Prices include VAT.
Shipping to European Countries
Shipments within Europe are handled through TNT courier services.
- A standard shipping fee of 22,00€ applies.
- For items over 2 kg, additional fees may apply.
- We will inform you of any special shipping arrangements and associated costs in advance.
- Prices include VAT.
Shipping Outside Europe
For shipments outside of Europe, prior communication is required to provide details on available shipping options and related costs.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are handed to the courier service within 1 to 3 business days from confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page.
After handover, deliveries within Greece typically take one business day, although delivery times may vary for remote areas.
