Placing/Cancellation of an order

B. By charging your credit card
The payment of your order can be safely carried out by credit, debit or prepaid VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO, CHINA UNION PAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS card of any bank.
For additional security of your online credit card transactions, these are carried out via Alpha Bank's Alpha e-Commerce system. The bank applies state-of-the-art countermeasures in order to keep your transactions intact, protect your data and safeguard access of any third parties. Thus, the transactions you make with the company "ΓΕΜΕΛΑ ΚΥΡΙΑΚΗ ΙΩΑΝΝΗ" through credit cards are absolutely safe. We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way whatsoever, so you need to re-register it each time you use your credit card for transactions.
C. By PayPal
By selecting the Paypal payment you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure trading system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. The PayPal payment procedure is fully automated. During this process, no personal information (including the credit card number) is stored in the Company's electronic system.
D. By in-store payment
You have the option to pay your order at the moment you visit the store for its receipt. Your order will be kept in the store for the period of five (5) working days from the date of the submission of your order. Otherwise your order will be considered cancelled. Shipment
The Company offers products for online purchase to customers within and outside Greece. Online sales outside of Greece are offered in selected items. Special shipments outside Greece can be potentially executed following certain agreement.
Orders are shipped through a collaborating courier company following confirmation of payment.
Handling, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail.
All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate fiscal documentation. If a shipment is intended as a gift, please give us notice during the ordering procedure as to ship the order with a simple shipping document.
Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Shipping Within Greece
Shipping takes place through Speedex courier service.
Orders equal or over 100,00€ are shipped free of charge. For orders under 100,00€ shipping cost throughout Greece is set at 5,00€. For items that weight over 2 kg, there may be an extra charge. The indicated prices include VAT.
Shipping Outside Greece – Within Europe
Shipping takes place through TNT courier service.
The shipping cost is 15,00€. For items that weight over 2 kg, there may be an extra charge. For any other special shipment, prior communication with the customer takes place in order to inform him or her about the shipping options of the cooperating foreign courier companies and their costs. The indicated prices include VAT.
Shipping Outside Greece – Outside Europe
Prior communication with the customer is necessary to inform him/her about the shipping options and their costs.
In addition, shipping to countries outside Europe are subject to customs charges. These charges are extra to the shipping cost, are covered by the customer and differ from country to country. Thus, customers are advised to contact their local customs office to guide them accordingly, so as not to be surprised by charges they are not prepared for.
Delivery Time
Products are delivered by the Company to the courier company within 1 to 3 workdays from the date your order was confirmed, unless expressly stated in the product page.
From the moment of delivery to the courier company, it is estimated that the shipment to the address indicated will be concluded in the following working day.
For regions within Greece considered as “Hard to reach” by the courier company, the delivery time might vary.
In any case, the delivery will be scheduled in accordance with the availability of the product either stated on the product webpage or sent to you by the Company administrators. The aforementioned time estimations may differ in cases of force majeure.
RETURN POLICY
General terms
You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) working days from the day following their receipt. No right for a refund or change exists once the abovementioned period has expired.
The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using a courier cooperating with our Company and you are not burdened with transport and insurance costs.
To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:
- The product to be in its original condition, undamaged and unused within its packaging.
- To have been received, checked and approved by the Company.
- To be necessarily accompanied with the original receipt and/or the gift receipt that accompanies it, showing the code of the item and the date of purchase.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Returns of products on offer, seasonal items (Charms, Easter items, etc.) and customized products will not be accepted.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
Return Procedure
The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:
Within the above mentioned time period, you should inform the Company by email at [email protected], indicating your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to replace it or be refunded.
Within the next two (2) business days the appropriate "refund" or "product change" form will be sent to you by email, which you will fill in and send it back to [email protected]. Subsequently, and after consultation with you, the Company will send the courier company cooperating therewith in order to receive the product or products to be returned.
Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent as regards the acceptance of your request.
In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for a "refund in cash", you will be refunded the price you have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. If the payment is made by credit card, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment has been made to a Company's bank account, the money will be returned by depositing the same amount to your personal bank account.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS
